We like to mix it up a bit at the Hangar, and we strongly believe in training away from the wall to get better on the wall. Join one of our alternative training classes to build the strength, stability, agility, and focus to become an excellent climber.

Use our yoga session to prepare yourself, or cool down and stretch out after a fierce climbing session. The class will cover:

  • An array of poses suitable for absolute beginners as well as more established yoga practitioners
  • Effective stretches to ease aching muscles after a good hard climb
  • Mental relaxation
  • Breath, stability and strength practices that can be applied on the wall
  • A greater overall awareness of your body and how it responds to help you move more fluidly and flexibly during your climbs

Tuesday evenings, 7pm-8pm Thursday from 8pm-9pm. Free for members, £6.50 for guests
