Ahead of the launch of our epic new 24,000+ ft Southampton site, we’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Route Setter to join our brand-new climbing facility. The Climbing Hangar, in a nutshell, is thrilling climbing, great music, and an amazing café to kick back with friends.

About the Hangar

The Climbing Hangar started life in a Liverpool warehouse in 2011. Since then, we’ve grown to become a national business with sites across England, Wales, and Scotland. Our mission is simple – to inspire bolder living through indoor climbing.

We bring together epic climbing, fresh coffee and a fun-filled community to cities all over the UK. We are passionate about climbing. But more importantly, we’re passionate about the impact that social, challenging, supportive, progressive and fun activity can have on people’s lives, regardless of ability, age or fitness.

About TCH Route Setting

Our vision is to inspire happier, healthier, more connected people through our route setting. You will be responsible for ensuring the Hangar has a positive impact on people’s lives and driving our commercial success by setting incredible boulder problems and making customers feel great. By doing this you will make the world of climbing accessible to as many people as possible and deliver an exceptional experience.

Minimum Requirements?

Whilst we welcome applications, this role requires a high level of previous setting experience. Candidates will be a highly skilled setter who has experience managing other setters. If you believe you have adequate experience, feel free to fire over an application.
