Hangar Women Rock: Emily & Jess on Route Setting

We feel so privileged to have an incredible team of women helping The Climbing Hangar achieve our mission of making climbing more accessible to every body!

The route setting industry is heavily male-dominated. Generally women climb different to men as there tend to be physical differences in height, weight, power, and flexibility. Having diversity in our route setting team means our climbs are suitable for everyone and have variety of beta's tailored to different climbing styles.

In celebration of our new site launch in Exeter, we wanted to highlight the amazing work of our new southern setting team, Emily & Jess. Get to know them below.
