• Site Managers: Leading each location, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and creating a welcoming & safe environment for climbers.
• Front of House Team: The friendly faces welcoming visitors, helping with bookings, and sharing their love for climbing.
• Coaching Team: The dedicated pros delivering our social groups, classes, 1-1 coaching, and children's programs.
• Café Team: Fueling our climbers and keeping the good vibes going with top-notch coffee, snacks, and meals.
• Setting Team: The creative force behind our epic blocs, constantly reimagining routes that keep our climbers coming back for more.

And here are some of the key people from our Support Office team who help make The Climbing Hangar what it is:

• CEO: The visionary leading the charge and keeping our mission on track.
• Finance Team: Managing the numbers so we can keep growing and offering the best experiences.
• HR & Recruitment Team: Ensuring we have the best people in the right places & ensuring our staff are well supported
• Marketing & Design Team: Sharing our story, creating campaigns, keeping our customers engaged, and making sure we look as bold as we feel.
• Tech team: Ensuring everything runs smoothly, from bookings to our internal systems.
• Operations Team: Keeping the day-to-day flow running at every site, as well as driving sales, performance & profitability
• Senior Setting Team: Coordinating the epic bouldering sets across all locations, ensuring that every climber faces a fresh challenge no matter where they climb.

In July 2022, we hosted our very first annual Hangar Hangout—an epic company-wide away day that brought together hundreds of Hangar employees from all over the country at our Sheffield site. It was a day packed with everything that makes The Climbing Hangar special: workshops, games, guest speakers, DJs, and, of course, loads of climbing!
