Psyche in a time of crisis

We've all had a rough time in the past few months. Some, like the author of our newest blog, more than others. Then to make matters worse, upon returning to the climbing wall, we find we aren't as strong or as psyched as we used to be.  Here's Fin Edwards, from Hangar Matchworks to talk about finding perspective, taking it easy on one's self, and getting psyched for climbing once again.

All-new, team based climbing comp lands in June

Introducing the Team Bouldering League 2021, our newest, coolest, open entry climbing comp.  Climbers buddy up with their mates to gain the best average score from the comp climbs, with some exclusive Hangar merch up for grabs that won't be available anywhere else. But the point, of course, is simply to have fun with friends, in a covid safe way, and get on some epic new boulders.

Women Rock: Meet competition winner Kate

Blood Brothers: will you join the bone marrow register

TCH has offered to raise awareness of the Anthony Nolan Trust, which helps people living with rare forms of blood cancer to find compatible bone marrow donors. The Anthony Nolan Trust maintains a register of donors. This register is free to join and desperately needs more young adult donors, particularly men.
